WhatsApp works from anywhere. If there is a house plan, send a photograph of it. If not, the address is enough to start.

We visit and photograph the site
Someone at the house lets us in — a brother, a father, a caretaker. We measure everything and send you photographs of the actual rooms, so you can see the state of the plaster and the levels for yourself.

The 3D design comes to your phone
You see your actual kitchen or wardrobe before anything is cut. Change it as many times as you like; there is no charge for revisions.

An item-wise quotation, in writing
Every line names the board grade and the hardware brand. You approve it by email or WhatsApp — nothing starts until you do.

Weekly photographs from the workshop
Every week, while it is being made, you get pictures of your own work in progress. Not stock pictures — yours.

An installation video on completion
When it is fitted we walk the whole job on video, room by room, so you can see it finished without flying back.

You pay in stages, against work you have seen
40% on order, 40% when it reaches the house, 20% after the walkthrough. Never everything upfront, and never for work you have not been shown.
